Coleen, 24, had the tattoo done as she and her Manchester United star husband Wayne, also 24, holidayed in Las Vegas last month.
She is already lucky enough to be in a position to give her baby son the best start in life and have him want for nothing throughout it.
But Coleen Rooney has gone one step further to show her total love and devotion to her nine-month old son Kai - a tattoo of his name.
The WAG was snapped out in Cheshire yesterday and flaunted a new inking on her left wrist that read 'Kai'.

A source told the Sun: 'The tattoo parlour guys didn’t know who they were. Wayne asked if they watched the World Cup and one said he’d seen a little bit.
'They couldn’t believe it when he told them he played for England.'
She flashed her new inking as she and Wayne left dinner at Gusto restaurant in Alderly Edge, Cheshire, near the couple's home.
Coleen was following in Wayne's lead after he had a prayer tattoo with Kai's name underneath it inked onto his back in May.
He unveiled the inking after England's win against Mexico in a pre-World Cup match, and showed off the unusual tattoo of a pair of clasped palms and angel wings.
Wayne said he was inspired by David Beckham's guardian angel with the names of his sons Romeo, Cruz and Brooklyn on his back.
A friend close to the striker said: 'Wayne wanted something large on his back so when he took his shirt off after a match the whole world could see how much his boy means to him.
'Wayne rates Beckham's tattoo that has his sons' names. He wanted something similar, but unique to him.'
