The 24-year-old teamed the outsize jewellery with a glamorous petrol blue dress as she treated family and friends to a meal at a Chinese restaurant.
The group arrived at the restaurant in a mini-coach from Liverpool, before heading over to nightclub Panacea.
This is not the first time the 24-year-old has opted for a pair of extravagant earrings.
Last year she was accused of a fashion faux pas after she donned another pair which dominated her outfit.
She was spotted wearing the gold hooped earrings, which had a spiral effect, during a night out with friends in Liverpool.
And last year she appeared in public with curlers in, drawing comparisons with another Street favourite, Hilda Ogden.
