Tiger Woods' main mistress Rachel Uchitel is living the posh life after purchasing a $2 million Park Avenue apartment in New York City, according to a celebrity website.
The unit includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace and 'white glove' service at the doorman building.
On the town: Uchitel has been a constant presence in New York city either hitting the town or the Equinox gymWhile the asking price for the unit was listed at $2 million, sources told the TMZ website that Uchitel managed to get a 'pretty sweet deal.'
Not that she's hurting for cash. The website has maintained that Uchitel, 35, received a $10 million pay-off from Woods in return for a confidentiality agreement after she was on the brink of a giving a 'Gloria Allred' style press conference revealing details of their relationship.
The sometime party planner and club manager has also been linked with Bones star David Boreanaz, telling US magazine she 'broke off the relationship' because she 'no longer respected or trusted him.'
Even the infamously snooty neighbors and Park Avenue homeowner's association haven't objected to Uchitel's purchase as one source called the buying process 'pretty easy.'
Despite the high price tag for the extra bedroom, it's said to be a crucial component as TMZ reports that Uchitel is interested in starting a family as soon as possible.
Not before she'll appear on American television as a patient on the VH-1 reality show Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.
