'Having something you enjoy in moderation makes you less likely to binge on junk and you'll feel more motivated to stick to eating healthily and exercising the rest of the time.'

The 25-year-old gave birth to 6lb 3oz Ruby Tatiana on March 18 at London's private Portland hospital.

She and 28-year-old Chelsea footballer Joe have spent the past few weeks getting to know their daughter.

This week Ruby was introduced to Chelsea fans as she made her debut on the pitch at Stamford bridge as her father celebrated winning the title.

The couple are making the most of their time together, ahead of this summer's World Cup.

Carly has said she does not plan to fly to South Africa, even though it will mean missing their first wedding anniversary in July.

Carly wants to stay in England with their daughter, who the couple consider to young for the long journey.
